Our Story
PPR launched in 2022, but we aren’t newcomers. We are the same team behind the successful Balestier Student Hostel (BSH), now bringing our expertise to the heart of Potong Pasir.

We are a collective of four women—mentors, mothers, and former students. From the founder who understands the struggle of living abroad to the motherly manager who treats every student like family; from the 20-year Singapore veteran who solves your daily dilemmas to the financial lead who ensures professional standards—we are here for you.
